After you've surfed through dozens of real estate websites & played with all the gadgets, give me a call. I'm laid-back with my clients, fierce when representing your interests, and aggressive when negotiating on your behalf. I will always tell you both the good news and the bad.

I believe that buying and selling homes is serious business, which means:

  • You shouldn't be pressured into making decisions before you're ready.
  • You should be the one making the decisions. My job is to make sure you have the necessary information to make good decisions.
  • Your needs are put ahead of everyone else's, including mine.
  • And last but not least, communication is key. We will be in touch often -- via email, telephone, and in person.

As a Team we also offer you "double coverage". I pride myself in NOT answering my cell phone when I am with a client. When I am on an appointment with you, you get 100% of my attention. Your time is valuable.

However if you are the one that needs to talk to me right away, then there is always another Team Member who can take your call and troubleshoot your immediate needs. The minute I become available I will return your call. There is a great strength in numbers. When you hire me, you get the more than one agent.
